In short, no. Airline policy stipulates that the airlines only communicate with the traveling passengers. In the event a change or cancellation has to happen, we are unable to make these adjustments on your behalf. For the most streamlines process it is best clients book this portion of their trip directly with the airline.
If your trip was recently booked and not paid in full, there is a chance we can get the reservation converted. If not, your existing trip would have to be cancelled and rebooked through Map and Magic.
